Privacy

This covers what Aurmada Inc collects when you use this shop, why, and who else sees it. It is written to be read rather than to be thorough at your expense.

What we collect

To make a design: what you type, the style you pick, and any photograph you upload or take. If you are not signed in we keep a hashed marker of your browser or address, used only to stop one person exhausting the free generations.

To send an order: your name, email, postal address, and phone number. The phone number is for the carrier if there is a problem with delivery.

If you make an account: your email, your name, and the designs you save.

We do not see your card number. It goes from your browser to our payment processor directly, and we are told only whether the payment worked and the last four digits.

Who else sees it

Your name, address, phone number and the artwork go to our printing and fulfilment partner, because they are the ones who make the item and put it in the post. They only get what is needed to do that.

Our payment processor handles the payment. Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf. An AI provider generates the image from your description, and a separate check screens submissions for content we will not print.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Measuring how the shop is used

If you agree to it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are navigated. Clarity records the session, which means a replay of what happened on the screen: pages, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It does not capture what you type into a field, and we have turned off the advertising features in Google Analytics and asked it to shorten your address before storing it.

None of it loads unless you say yes. Until you answer, and if you answer no, neither script is fetched at all, so there is nothing to opt out of afterwards. Your answer is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal we treat that as a no and do not ask.

To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and answer differently when asked again. The shop works exactly the same either way, and nothing about your order depends on it.

How long we keep it

Orders and their receipts we keep for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Designs you delete are removed from your account and stop appearing anywhere in the shop. We keep a copy on the back end, because we have to be able to reprint what we shipped and answer questions about an order we made.

Designs made by someone who never signs in or orders are cleared out automatically.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to team@aurmada.com and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your saved designs and detaches your orders from it; the order records themselves stay, because we are required to keep them.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Your basket and your colour and size preferences are kept in your own browser and never sent to us until you order. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
