This shop is run by Aurmada Inc, a company incorporated in Canada (“we”). Ordering from us means accepting what is written here.
What you are buying
A garment with your design on it, made after you order it. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Postage and tax are worked out from your address at checkout and shown before you pay.
We show the design on the garment as accurately as we can. Colour on a screen is never exactly colour on cloth, and a printed or stitched finish has a texture a screen does not.
Your design
You keep whatever rights you have in what you make here, and you are responsible for it. By ordering you confirm you have the right to have it printed: that it is not someone else’s artwork, logo, brand, or photograph of a person who has not agreed to it.
You give us permission to store your design and to send it to our printing and fulfilment partner for the purpose of making your order. We keep a copy after you delete it from your account, because we have to be able to reprint what we shipped and answer questions about an order we made.
We screen what is submitted and will refuse anything hateful, sexual, violent, or that uses someone else’s trademark or a public figure’s likeness. If we refuse an order after you have paid, you get your money back.
Making and shipping
Orders are made and shipped by a fulfilment partner on our behalf. Delivery estimates given at checkout are the carrier’s and are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Any customs duty or import charge on an order shipped outside Canada is yours to pay. We cannot tell you in advance what it will be.
Paying
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
If we cannot make an order after taking payment, whether that is a supply problem, a refused address, or a design we will not print, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns
Set out in full on the returns page. In short: we put right anything damaged, misprinted or wrong, and we cannot take back an item that was made correctly to your own design and choices.
Where we stand
Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer law that cannot be limited. Beyond those, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada.
