Write to team@aurmada.com. It reaches a person, it is the address every order email replies to, and it is the fastest way to get anything sorted. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.

If it is about an order

Include your order reference. It begins with POP- and is on your receipt and on the tracking page. With the reference we can see the order, where it is and what the printer said about it; without it we are guessing.

If the order has already shipped you can follow it yourself on the tracking page with the reference and the email address you used.

If something arrived wrong

Send a photograph of the item and the packaging along with the reference, within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace it or refund it. The full terms are on the returns page. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
