Shipping and delivery

Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Your shirt is printed after you order it, so the time to your door is the time to make it plus the time to carry it. Both are below.
Making it
Two to five business days from the moment the order is placed. Most orders leave inside three. A design that needs reprinting because the first pass was not good enough adds a day or two, and we would rather do that than send it.
Getting it to you
The ranges below are the whole wait, printing included, counted from when you order. They are estimates rather than guarantees, and they are deliberately cautious.

Customs can add time to anything crossing a border, and there is nothing we can do to hurry it. Any duty or import tax is set by your country and is not included in what you paid us.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out at checkout from the real rate to your address, before you pay. You will never be charged for it afterwards. The price you approve is the price that is taken.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the printer. You can also look an order up any time on the tracking page with your order reference and email address.
If it does not turn up
If the estimate above has passed and tracking has not moved, write to team@aurmada.com with your reference and we will chase the carrier. If it is lost we replace it. If it arrives damaged or wrong, the returns page covers it, within 30 days of delivery.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you give us. If it is wrong, tell us the same day and we will change it if the order has not gone to print. After that the parcel goes where you sent it, and a replacement is a new order.
